Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, is seeking a Field Safety Representative to support the Northwest Louisiana market. You will work under Safety and Plant Managers to enforce good safety practices and guide field teams.

The role involves audits, incident investigations, occasional truck operation, and participation in safety meetings. Weekend on-call and travel may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year concrete construction or industrial safety experience.
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL.
• English reading/writing and clear communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety audits and root-cause analysis.
• Occasionally operate ready-mix trucks following DOT and safety manuals.
• Conduct site safety setups, spot checks, and risk assessments.
• Present at safety meetings and coordinate with field teams.
• Complete weekly safety activity reports and monitor safety trends.
