Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Roustabout Supervisor to oversee roustabout operations at our New Martinsville, WV site. Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four quarterly payments, and lead a team in safe, efficient field operations.

You will manage equipment usage, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with clients to meet work orders while driving cost-effective project delivery. A strong background in oil & gas and supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• 3+ years broader industry experience; safety or engineering coursework/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager to align with work orders and customer expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of skid steers, containment, and winterization systems.
• Supervise and mentor roustabout crews; communicate with clients on-site.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Complete daily field tickets and required documentation.
