Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Wheeling, WV seeks experienced Field Roustabouts for oil & gas operations. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments.

Responsibilities include setting up containment, generators, piping systems and operating water transfer equipment on multiple sites. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights), valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, overtime.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down containment, generators, piping systems, and related appurtenances.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel, inspect equipment, complete safety documentation, and daily checklists.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
