Job summary

System One is seeking a Robot Field Operator to support robotic industrial inspection operations across North America. You will conduct field inspections, operate advanced robotic inspection equipment, and ensure high-quality data collection at customer sites.

When not deployed in the field, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment; travel 50–75% of the time and work in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial environments preferred or at least 1 year in related fields.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems and tools.
• Must be willing to travel 50–75% and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform robotic, handheld, and other NDT inspections (UT, PT, MT, VT, etc.) at customer sites.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Operate robotic inspection systems and collect accurate data at industrial sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and support project execution.
• Maintain and repair robotic inspection equipment and tools.
• Travel to customer sites and adhere to project timelines.
• Document trip and expense reports and provide field feedback for product improvements.
