Hamaspik HomeCare is seeking a full-time Field RN to join our dynamic team. You will conduct initial assessments of new clients, develop individualized care plans, and perform regular home visits across the Bronx and Westchester to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license.
• One year of nursing experience, preferably in home care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion and dedication to patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
