Job summary

Standard Utility Construction Inc. seeks a Risk Management role to investigate claims and support RMIS data management. The position is based in Grand Prairie, TX, with on-site requirements and occasional travel to satellite locations.

It requires at least three years in electric distribution or construction and proficiency in MS Office tools. Candidates must have a Texas driver’s license and be able to work after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in electric distribution service or electric construction.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Must pass Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), General Computer, and Clerical skills tests with at least 75% in each.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

Collect basic information from incoming claimant calls.
Set up and maintain claim information with the RMIS application.
Document retrieval and maintenance using external websites and internal servers.
On-site response and investigation of incoming claims from clients.
Correspondence with Operations team members to request, follow up, or seek clarification on information needed to track incidents.
