Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way, land acquisition, real estate, or utility projects preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• State real estate license required where applicable by state law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct landowner outreach and maintain professional relationships.
• Negotiate easements and related land rights.
• Explain project requirements and compensation packages to landowners.
• Coordinate with various project teams.
• Track acquisition progress and provide status updates.
