Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, install electronics displays, and work on 20 hours per week within a Des Moines territory.

You will receive paid training, a dedicated field manager, and weekly pay. Must be 18+, able to travel locally, and own a basic toolkit. Training and equipment are provided to enable independent, flexible work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate and interact with Channel Partners and in-store personnel.
• Must be proficient in using a personal Android or Apple device (Smartphone/Tablet) with GPS functionality to upload photos, report assignment data, and reference documents.
• Must own a basic toolkit.
• Able to complete paid online training courses in the required timeline before working in-store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2-3 person projects.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as assigned by your manager.
• Ensure reporting is completed on time from your mobile device.
• Complete Channel Partner certification and training requirements for Apple devices, if applicable.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to stores.
