Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a diligent merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up in-store displays across assigned grocery accounts. The role requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case, operating hand trucks and pallet jacks, and maintaining neat storage and backrooms.

You will communicate with store managers, deliver superior customer service, and adhere to required procedures while working with minimal supervision across scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years or older.
• Must have car or access to transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route adherence).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
