Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to visit ~22–30 retail locations daily within the assigned territory and build strong merchant relationships. You will educate merchants on client financial services, maintain in-store branding, and document each visit while traveling extensively.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and excellent communication. A personal vehicle is required and a MVR screening will be completed.

Qualifications

• Requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance.
• Must complete Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Prior sales, retail, or field marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to 22–30 locations per day across assigned territory.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Maintain in-store materials and signage and document visits.
• Provide on-site support and address merchant questions.
• Manage daily route and reporting via mobile tools.
