Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team. You’ll work independently, travel up to 90 miles from your home, and review, schedule, and complete assignments at various retail venues using mobile apps.

Strong communication and organization help you meet deadlines and build store relationships. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours between 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in retail merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, kiosks, and other display equipment.
• Capture photos documenting completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; represent the client professionally.
• Communicate with field services management within 24 hours.
