Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. seeks reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to cover retail venues within 90 miles. You will install, assemble, and update fixtures, aisles, endcaps, and displays, while following client directives and planograms.

A strong emphasis on communication, scheduling, and professional representation is required. You will manage mobile tasks, complete photos, and document work via a smartphone. A valid license, insurance, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with hand and power tool usage.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle; background/MVR/drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Install and update fixtures, displays per planograms.
• Complete store resets, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow client directives and capture photos documenting work.
• Troubleshoot hardware/display issues to ensure equipment works.
• Travel up to 90 miles; maintain safe, clean work areas; schedule within 48 hours.
