Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to represent leading brands. You will review, schedule, and complete assignments at various retail venues within 90 miles, often Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling depending on client needs.

A reliable vehicle and background checks are required. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile apps to manage field assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence.
• Background check, MVR, and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store builds, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client-specific merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs and other retail display equipment.
• Capture and upload photos documenting completed work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area on site.
• Work independently and adapt to multiple assignments across locations.
