Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Field Liaison in Baltimore, MD to lead on-site inspections for non-complex reconstruction projects and to present estimates to homeowners via TEAMS or phone. You will capture DocuSketch 360 data and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project setup.

You should have 2+ years in construction or restoration, be tech-savvy with mobile apps, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction, field inspection, or restoration preferred.
• Able to conduct customer walkthroughs and document conditions using mobile apps or software.
• Excellent data collection and attention to detail required.
• Strong communication and empathy when interacting with homeowners.
• Willing to learn DocuSketch, DASH, One Click Contractor, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for non-complex reconstruction assignments.
• Present the Thomasville Sales Presentation via TEAMS or phone and obtain signed Work Authorizations.
• Capture DocuSketch360 scans, photos, and documentation per standards.
• Review assignment details before appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage and record project data using DASH, ProAssist, and related tools.
