Job summary

EchoStar seeks a Field Resource Coordinator to rapidly adjust technician routes and scheduling, ensuring service excellence. You will manage real-time communications with field staff and external subcontractors to balance daily changes and escalations, driving top-tier customer satisfaction.

Job description

Field Resource Coordinators ensure technician resources service customers quickly and efficiently through day‑of route changes and scheduling adjustments. The role solves immediate operational bottlenecks by managing real-time communication with field technicians and allocating additional jobs to external subcontractors. By balancing daily schedule fluctuations and answering escalated customer calls, this role drives best-in-class service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organization.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Communicating in real time with In-Home Service Professionals about any issues and the resulting changes to the routing
• Working with technicians to accommodate same day customer appointments
• Tracking and communicating appointments’ progress with field management
• Referring and assigning additional jobs to external subcontractors
• Answering incoming customer calls that arise and handling/transferring appropriately
• Remaining sharp. Different tasks are done throughout the day that require significant attention and accuracy

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university is a plus; or a combination of education and experience
