Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Plant Pathology, Crop Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated hands‑on field research experience: establishing, maintaining, evaluating, and harvesting experiments.
• Experience in experimental design and data collection/analysis.
• Experience using MS Office and statistical software including R or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate field research activities: plot establishment, maintenance, evaluations, sampling, harvest.
• Collect, organize, manage, and analyze research data using established protocols.
• Assist with experimental design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, conditions, and outcomes.
• Supervise and train research assistants, student employees, and temporary workers.
• Lead preparation of technical reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
