Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection is seeking a Farming Operator North America Field Support Associate II to execute field research trials and manage field data across North America. You will operate and maintain advanced field equipment, travel up to 75% of the time, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality agronomic data.

The role emphasizes safety, SSHE compliance, and the ability to collect and analyze data throughout the growing season, with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience with equipment operations in agriculture or related fields.
  • Willing to travel up to 75% across North America, including overnight.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company/pooled vehicle.
  • Pesticide Applicator License and UAV Part 107 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain field research equipment to deliver high‑quality data.
  • Travel extensively to conduct field trials across North America.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners.
  • Ensure SSHE compliance and safety in field operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and deliver agronomic data during growing season.
  • Drive 15,000+ business miles annually in a company vehicle.
