Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
• Agronomy
• Biology
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Information Systems
• Related natural science or technical discipline
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision when required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and seasonal research priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in agricultural research, field studies, seed production, laboratory work, data collection, or processing operations.
• Familiarity with agricultural practices, field equipment, sample handling, or research procedures.
• Basic knowledge of data organization, documentation, or information systems.
• Previous experience working in a seasonal or hands-on environment.
