Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to collect pricing, promotions and merchandising data at grocery stores on your own schedule. You will use our company app to record prescribed product information and transmit results to our corporate office.

You will receive a comprehensive training program and benefit from a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed minimum and unlimited upside, plus mileage reimbursement and access to a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app to record work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold store aisles for collection projects.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on a schedule agreed with your manager using the company app.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and merchandising data, possibly taking photos.
• Transmit completed files electronically to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
