Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated Field Representatives to collect retail pricing, promotions, and merchandising data at grocery stores. You set your own schedule in partnership with your manager and use the company app to record required information.

The role offers training, a productivity-based pay model with a guaranteed minimum, and mileage reimbursement. As a part-time team member, you will also receive identity theft protection and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with required detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Use the company app to record prescribed product information on a schedule set with your manager.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and potentially photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit collected data electronically to the corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
