Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals for a part-time Field Representative role in Minnesota. You will set your own schedule with your manager and collect pricing, promotions and merchandising data at grocery stores.

Responsibilities include recording data via a pricing app, and transmitting files to our corporate office. Benefits include a training program, guaranteed minimum with upside, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with pricing app download capability required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery-store environments for some projects.

Responsibilities

• Capture item prices, promotions and potentially photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit collected data to the corporate office for client review and packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
