Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to flexibly schedule and collect retail data such as pricing, promotions and merchandising in grocery stores. You set your own schedule with your manager and earn productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum.

You'll begin with comprehensive training, receive paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and have access to 401(k) with match and ongoing learning opportunities. Reliability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerator/freezer cases.

Responsibilities

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked to use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and merchandising displays according to criteria.
• Transmit the completed file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
