Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a part-time Field Representative to support our grocery store data collection program in the Elk River, MN area. You will use a company app to record pricing, promotions, and merchandising details on your own schedule while maintaining accuracy and reliability.

You will transmit collected data to our corporate office for review, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and access to training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to collect tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the company app per schedule.
• Capture item prices, promotions and, at times, photos of merchandising.
• Transmit collected data to the corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
