Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to collect product information, prices, promotions and merchandising data in retail environments. You set a flexible schedule with your manager and you will record data via a company smartphone app and transmit it for client delivery.

We offer initial training, a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed minimum and unlimited upside, plus benefits like 401k with match, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement and opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold store aisles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on a schedule set with the manager.
• Capture prices, promotions, and merchandising data, possibly include photos.
• Transmit data electronically to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
