Rite Rug is seeking a motivated Field Representative to work primarily along the coast in Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties. The role involves inspecting homes and projects outside the office, verifying readiness, monitoring installers, and ensuring installations are completed to plan.

Field measuring and materials planning are core tasks. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, safety mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Job is primarily along the coast in Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties.

$55,000 to $65,000 a year, plus mileage agreement! Salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Field Representative’s primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. They are checking job readiness, checking on the installers doing the work and verifying that everything gets done, and doing the little things to button up whatever is outstanding. They are field measuring and checking work orders to make sure we have the right quantities of materials ordered and we have materials to cover all the areas in the installations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day
• Schedule work to be done in an efficient manor
• Determine best method of installations and repairs
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
