As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) in the Immunology Biologics area, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing barriers for patients and providers. Your strategic attitude and problem-solving skills will be key as you engage with physicians, accounts, and institutional customers, delivering specialized services to support AstraZeneca products.

Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate across various internal departments and cross-functional partners, including Managed Markets, Access Services, Key Accounts, Trade & Channel, and Sales & Marketing. You'll develop and implement ethical reimbursement strategies, communicate payer criteria effectively, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing AstraZeneca activities. Essential Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 plus years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Minimum of 6 plus years of sales, managed care, or reimbursement experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50-75% (overnight)
• Must live in Geography

Desirable Skills/Experience

• 8+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• 4 years of experience in the Specialty Biologics therapeutic area.
• 2 years of Access Services, Reimbursement, and/or Managed Markets experience.
• Significant and documented experience with business planning and market analysis.
• Minimum 2 years experience with buy & bill physician-administered specialty products.
