Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Fort Wayne to guide eligible accounts through billing, coding and payer requirements for your products.

You will build key relationships with urology-related clinics, ASCs and hospitals, and you’ll navigate Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer rules throughout the region. You will need 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and 2+ years in reimbursement, plus the ability to travel with overnight stays and a valid driver’s

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways.

In this role you will:

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
