Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the launch and adoption of HCP-administered rare disease therapy. You will serve as a reimbursement expert, guiding healthcare providers through the reimbursement cycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of biopharma reimbursement experience and a background in rare disease therapy, ensuring effective patient access and support.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement and market access.
  • Direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies preferred.
  • Experience in rare disease and product launches is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans.
  • Educate accounts on patient support services.
  • Support coordination between provider offices and specialty pharmacies.
  • Guide healthcare professionals in resolving access challenges.
  • Establish relationships with access champions.
