Job summary

Eminence Home Care, a Maryland-based home health provider, is seeking a per diem Field Registered Nurse to join our team.

You will perform in-home assessments, develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on disease management. You'll collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate documentation in the patient record. Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Home care or community nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
