Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Journeyman Refrigeration professional to support our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team in the HVAC wholesale industry. In this field-based role, you’ll install, start up, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers.

You’ll work hands-on with racks, cases, and controls to ensure efficient, reliable operation, and contribute to sustainable energy solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Journeyman refrigeration certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with commercial HVAC-R systems in field service.
• Facility safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Work hands-on with racks, cases, and controls to ensure efficient, reliable operation on customer sites.
• Collaborate with team and customers to ensure uptime and energy efficiency across nationwide installations.
