Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
• Field experience with construction equipment, yard operations, or general construction preferred.
• Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and perform basic repairs.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, skid steers, tractors, and other yard equipment; training possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard at all times.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing equipment and materials.
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment and tools.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with diagnostics and repairs as training allows.
