Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Field Quality Manager to oversee project quality activities, audit deliverables, and guide teams across procurement, engineering, and construction domains. You will drive compliance with the Quality Management System and contract requirements on complex energy infrastructure projects.

The role requires multi-state experience, Procore expertise, and strong leadership with a focus on preventing non-conformances and optimizing project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5+ years of design, surveillance, and quality management experience or 7+ years in related fields.
• Experience in quality management systems for construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting development and implementation of quality systems and programs.
• Experience working in multiple states with knowledge of state/local codes for quality.
• Advanced Procore project, quality, and administration experience.
• Strong safety background and environmental considerations.
• Leadership and inspection experience in surveillance oversight programs.
• Technical expertise in managing inspection and testing programs.
• Experience in verifying non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of critical path scheduling.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for updating the project quality management plan, procedures, and processes.
• Maintain documentation related to planned quality activities, reports, records, and audits.
• Assist senior team members with planning, implementing, and scheduling training on quality processes.
• Deliver training on quality processes for junior staff.
• Monitor alignment of project procedures with the Quality Management System and contract requirements.
• Review subcontractor quality plans, procedures, and inspection reports.
• Report quality performance metrics to senior management and project team.
• Monitor Quality Leads and provide feedback to upper management.
• Verify non-conformances are identified, documented, and tracked.
• Lead quality meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
