Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Colorado Springs seeks a Field Quality Lead I to support project quality management. You will monitor QC inspections, assist in QA documentation, and collaborate with the quality and construction teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management Plan.

This role requires at least 2 years in QA/QC and 2 years in power delivery or construction, OSHA 10, and familiarity with Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance or quality control related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in power delivery, civil or industrial construction.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.
• Basic understanding of quality inspections/audits and quality programs.
• Basic experience in surveillance oversight programs.
• Basic knowledge related to quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of equipment and material specifications and testing requirements.
• Basic understanding of scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite packages and document management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause deviations from planned outcomes and assist in developing corrective action plans.

• Performs any other duties assigned.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.

About This Role

General Description
The Field Quality Lead I will be responsible for assisting in project-related quality management activities, including executing the requirements of a project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP). This position will work in close cooperation with the project Quality and Construction management team to monitor and oversee project quality activities and deliverables.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience and Education

• High School diploma, or equivalent


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance or quality control related field.

Preferred Experience And Education

• Experience with Procore and its full suite of tools.

• Construction techniques, testing, standards of compliance experience.


• Familiar with equipment and material specifications and testing requirements at manufacturer facilities.


• Organizational and planning skills.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
