Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure construction and installation work meets approved standards. You will inspect, test, document findings, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements across projects.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Travel, overtime, and after-hours responsibilities are expected as needed in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid State driver's license with clean driving record.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Understanding of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
