Job summary

Moss is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform on-site inspections in Fort Pierce, FL. You will verify work against drawings, specs, and client expectations, maintain accurate documentation, and support project turnover.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients in a fast-paced construction environment. Procore experience and OSHA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in construction quality control or related field.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily on-site inspections to verify work meets drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Identify deficiencies, incomplete work, and non-conformance issues and communicate corrective actions to project teams.
• Track and manage punch list items through completion and closeout.
• Conduct walkthroughs with project managers, subcontractors, clients and leadership teams.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, quality logs, and project documentation.
