Qualifications

• Must have experience in telecommunications, construction, or utilities.
• Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work for compliance with client/company specifications.
• Use testing equipment per client specifications.
• Document inspection results and submit reports to supervisors.
• Provide feedback and training to employees and contractors.

Skills

Proficiency with Windows and Android operating systems

Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

High School diploma or GED preferred

2+ years relevant inspection experience

Tools

OTDR and other testing equipment
