gobravvo is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (QA Specialist) for a contract role to verify SOP adherence and ensure operational accuracy across digital and in-person workflows. The position involves daily local travel for field-based verifications and collaboration within a disciplined team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in QA, and proficiency with dashboards and browser-based tools to support scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, lab testing, or similar structured review environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and verify strict SOP-driven workflows.
• Comfortable with both digital platforms and hands-on, in-person verification tasks.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify completion of all workflows and tasks against established SOPs to ensure quality control.
• Conduct pre- and post-execution checks to confirm operational accuracy and consistency across processes.
• Identify, document, and escalate any irregularities, edge cases, or deviations from prescribed procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive and transparent records of all quality assurance activities and their outcomes.
• Perform field-based verifications and client-specific checks as required, including daily local travel.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and process documentation.
