Zusammenfassung

Frontline Global Services, now part of Astro Pak, seeks a Project Technician 3 to handle complex cleaning, maintenance, and equipment reliability projects nationwide. This role requires travel weeks away from home and varying shifts, with minimal daily supervision and opportunities to train others.

The position emphasizes technical planning, troubleshooting, and hands‑on execution, contributing to safety and quality in industrial settings. Frontline and Astro Pak offer growth and robust benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of project execution experience, including shift-level supervision.
• At least one year with industrial equipment and systems and six months in cleaning or reliability services.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to develop materials lists and interpret P&IDs; understand pump and system requirements.
• Clear communication skills and ability to train technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Pre-employment and site credentials and training including TWIC and HAZWOPER when applicable.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment used in flushing, chemical cleaning, filtration, decontamination, and fluid transfer
• Support project planning, equipment selection, work sequencing, and mobilization
• Develop bills of materials and create and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
• Evaluate pump flow, pump curves, horsepower needs, and project utility requirements
• Interpret basic laboratory and fluid analysis results and contribute to technical reports
• Provide on-the-job training and communicate project updates to customers and team members
• Identify equipment issues and recommend improvements while following company and customer safety requirements
