  • Monitors inspection quality, report completeness, data traceability, equipment readiness, calibration status, and timely closeout of deficiencies.
  • Plans and monitors labor, equipment, subcontractor, travel, and other project costs against the approved estimate and forecast.
  • Manages project gross margin by monitoring productivity, utilization, overtime, equipment usage, rework, and cost-to-complete; develops and communicates corrective actions.
  • Identifies scope growth, delays, access limitations, standby, extra work, and other commercial impacts; documents and elevates them promptly for review and authorization.
  • Reviews time, equipment, production, and field tickets for accuracy and timely submission to support payroll, billing, and cost reporting.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports project KPIs such as safety observations, hours worked, productivity, utilization, schedule progress, inspection quantities, report turnaround, rework, and cost or margin performance.
  • Prepares daily and periodic client and internal reports, including manpower and equipment status, work completed, look-ahead plans, constraints, incidents, and KPI results.
  • Coordinates mobilization, demobilization, shift handovers, crew rotations, equipment logistics, and continuity of work across multiple crews or work fronts.
  • Provides direction, coaching, and performance feedback to field personnel; supports development of supervisors, technicians, rope access personnel, and inspectors.
  • Works with project management, operations, safety, quality, and commercial teams to resolve issues and maintain consistent project delivery.
