Job summary

Mason Technologies, a leader in technology integration with facilities in Deer Park and NYC, seeks a Project Manager to oversee multi-site deployments in the NYC/NJ tri-state area. You will review drawings, develop schedules, coordinate with customers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years as a field technician and at least 2 years in project management, plus strong knowledge of copper and fiber cabling, DAS exposure, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of field technician experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA copper and fiber cabling.
• Experience with backbone and horizontal cabling and MDF/IDF build-outs.
• Proficiency with terminating, testing, and certifying cabling (Fluke or equivalent).
• Familiarity with rack, cabinet installation, and patch panel management.
• Ability to interpret structured cabling drawings and riser diagrams.
• Experience coordinating low-voltage trades for data, security, AV, and DAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop accurate schedules and labor plans.
• Walk sites for surveys, validate scope, and identify risks.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, and other trades on scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with routing, procurement, programming, operations, and finance.
• Manage multiple projects and crews across job sites.
• Provide weekly status reports and updates to clients.
