Requirements

• 2 or more years of technical experience with large power distribution systems, three‑phase UPS systems, switchgear, generators, or batteries.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; as well as unplanned travel, as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others.
