Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of engineering, project/field engineering or construction ops experience in mining, drilling and blasting, aggregates or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, drone mapping or construction tech platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support drilling, blasting, crushing, and heavy civil projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain active field involvement to support execution, readiness, and production goals.
• Coordinate with field leadership, project managers, and operations teams for project alignment.
• Participate in customer meetings and field reviews to support communication and execution.
• Monitor progress, schedules, updates, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify operational challenges and help resolve scheduling and project issues.
