Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, or project management.
• Hands-on residential roofing experience required.
• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Flexibility during peak seasons.
• CRM software experience is helpful.
