Job summary

Bayer in Manito-IL is seeking an Area Field Production Specialist to support field operations across multiple crops. The role focuses on coordinating production plans, optimizing resources, and ensuring timely execution of Commercial, Pre-Commercial and Foundation Crop programs.

You will work with agronomists and cross-functional teams, travel up to 25% during peak season, and contribute to operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven analytical and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Production Missions to plan and coordinate operational activities and alignment to operate within field P&L.
• Provide support for all crops within the field production region.
• Ensure the timely and efficient execution of Commercial production plans, aligning with mission objectives.
• Ensure execution of Pre-Commercial and Foundation Crop plans to meet advancement targets.
• Analyze operational data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
