Qualifications

• Six+ years of semiconductor equipment experience or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment in HVM, customer support, process development, or field environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at system and process level.
• Experience working in customer-facing and cross-functional environments.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience with data analysis tools and DOE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support ASM tools through installation, startup, qualification, warranty, HVM ramp, and production phases.
• Monitor process performance, tool matching, stability, and open issues through data analysis.
• Drive containment, recovery, and corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support qualification and process optimization.
• Collect and interpret process, metrology, and performance data to enable fact-based decisions.
• Communicate findings, action plans, risks, and timelines to customers and teams.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across local, account, and global teams.
• Maintain compliance with IP requirements and change processes.
