Orchestra BioMed is seeking a Field Procedural Specialist to support and manage critical trial activities in the field. You will identify study centers, build relationships, and recruit and enroll patients while providing direct technical support during surgical procedures in our Virtue program.

The role involves coordinating projects, maintaining equipment, and training medical staff on device-related equipment. Expect up to 80% travel and dynamic duties based on trial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree nursing or related scientific field preferred.
• Experience in Interventional Cardiac Cath Labs required.
• Strong imaging experience in IVUS and OCT.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ISO 14155 standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll patients at study centers.
• Provide direct technical support during interventional cardiology procedures.
• Plan and coordinate projects to meet schedules.
• Maintain and operate study equipment per policies.
• Assist in completing case report forms during trials.
• Support site performance on patient recruitment and timely responses.
• Train medical staff on device equipment; serve as a primary contact.
• Travel up to 80%.
