Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years experience.
• Able to communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of dealer software programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work safely, adhering to safety, environmental and contamination control policies.
• Performs preventive maintenance: changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating, and testing equipment.
• Maintains and makes minor repairs to equipment in the field.
• Provides documentation, photos, and information to the PM Dispatcher and Service Estimator during preventive maintenance visits.
• Maintains tools and keeps up with technical changes in the industry; attends required training.
• Maintains orderly work area and follows contamination control guidelines.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Completes required documentation for customers and PM Dispatcher.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
