Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a field-based maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on mobile equipment across multiple locations. You will travel between sites to inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and complete scheduled PMs with safety as a priority.

You will document activities, communicate equipment status with site and maintenance leaders, and use established procedures and tooling to complete repairs.

• Demonstrated capability to maintain and service mobile equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to changing work locations

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mobile equipment across multiple locations
• Travel between assigned sites to inspect equipment and complete scheduled PMs
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs using established procedures and tooling
• Accurately document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status with site and maintenance leaders
• Uphold safety, environmental, and operational standards while working independently in the field
