Job summary

Underwriter Services Association is looking for experienced Physical Premium Auditors who excel at multitasking with accuracy. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and examining payroll and tax records for commercial businesses. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license, a laptop, and 2 years of auditing experience. This role may be part-time, full-time, or contract-based. Commission or salaried positions with benefits are available, and work will primarily be on the road.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must have a laptop and cell phone.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have 2 years of experience in auditing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with insureds.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Examine commercial businesses’ payroll and tax records.
• Prepare detailed work papers and written correspondence.
• Identify issues to be communicated appropriately.
• Exhibit effective workload management skills.
