Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Mobile Examiner to cover field exams and in-center work, performing specimen collection, venipuncture, urine collection and EKG while maintaining a safe, professional environment. The role may include coaching and mentoring new staff after phlebotomy training.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, adherence to SOPs, and reliable travel within the required radius. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.
• Urine or hair follicle collection and EKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens in center and mobile exams, including venipuncture, urine collection, and EKG.
• Label, centrifuge and split specimens as required by test order; transport to lab.
• Maintain records and provide customer service to clients.
• Follow Examiner’s Manual; adhere to SOPs, safety policies and quality guidelines.
